The use cases contained within in this section illustrate some of the activities we have been involved in over a number of engagements; however we have altered the details slightly to protect our customers or their staff. A number of these scenarios may have arisen in your organisation and, as can be seen, the underlying problems are often  complex and span multiple business functions.

Bringing our experience to the problem was the key reason were brought in. It also benefited our customers having a consultant addressing this problem and not being distracted by day to day task or influenced by personal relationships.
